Simultaneous Chess Exhibition

Join us for a meet and greet and to play chess with Brownsville Navigation District Commissioner Candidate Andres Rios.

Andres will chat about the Port race and play multiple games of chess at the same time. As an accomplished chess player, Andres knows how to consider options and plan ahead!
